  1. Purposes of processing

HEALZ processes personal data for the following purposes:

  1. drawing attention to, offering and marketing the HEALZ product n and the declaration for work performed;
  2. maintaining contact, by sending the newsletter, invitations to meetings and information requested by the data subject himself/herself;
  1. improving product and service information and carrying out targeted marketing campaigns in order to provide clients/target groups with relevant information, without involving special personal data or confidential data in the necessary combination and analysis of data and without creating individual client profiles;
  2. evaluating a meeting (such as a workshop or seminar) on the basis of evaluation forms completed by participants;

  2. performance of or with a view to concluding a contract;
  3. a legitimate interest, such as the use of contact details for inviting a meeting (such as a workshop or seminar) or sending the newsletter.

HEALZ may engage service providers (processors) for the processing of personal data that process personal data exclusively in accordance with HEALZ's instructions. HEALZ concludes a processing agreement with processors that meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Ordinance (AVG). HEALZ makes use of an automation system that manages and secures the IT environment.

  1. Sharing personal data with third parties

HEALZ shares personal data with third parties if this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, as well as for commercial purposes.

  1. Transfers outside the EEA

In principle, HEALZ does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
